*Freight free orders of $100 will only apply to one address.
There is no minimum order.
Shipping Practices and Delivery Process
eParcel allows Jim’s Jerky to track all outgoing parcels from start to finish. Delivery is made to your door and requires a signature. If no one is available a post office collection slip will be left at the allocated address.
Express parcel can be requested.
If you have ordered over $100 to receive free freight Jim’s Jerky will pay the ordinary cost to post the parcel however you will have to pay the ‘extra’ cost.
Fastway is also used to courier goods when requested.
Call us for more details on delivery areas and approximate freight costing for a Fastway delivery.
Payment and Delivery Timeframes
All transactions are in Australian (AU) Dollars. The online shopping cart payment method uses credit card and is accredited by Westpac.
Sorry - we do not accept AMEX.
All other orders will be sent the next business day. This excludes Friday as it is the only business day we do not post.
Biltong orders are best made at the beginning of the week. This is so the meat doesn’t stay with courier over the weekend. Please note if you do make an order late in the week we are inclined to keep your biltong order to Monday and send it then.
Boerewors are delivered to the following areas:
Dalby, Crows Nest, Oakey, Pittsworth, Millmerran, Warwick, Ipswich, Tweed Heads, Southport, Sanctuary Cove, Caboolture, Caloundra, Nambour, Maroochydore, Noosa Heads, Gympie, Toowoomba, Brisbane.
If you are in or close to these areas we can send your order. If you are unsure if you fall within our one day delivery area, please send an email enquiry before ordering.
We are Bartercard traders and are happy to sell our retail meat products on full barter; however, we no longer take wholesale barter. Freight is not covered by barter and we will request this to be settled before sending product.
You cannot pay with Bartercard online; however, orders are taken through the office or via email. Provide your Bartercard number then the order can be processed.
Special Orders
Special product orders are available however there is at least a two week waiting period before products can be produced.
Please call or email ‘special recipes’ or ‘special orders’ advising quantities and details for a quote. The quote may vary within the time of making the product as we calculate any unexpected costs.
Small quantity orders may be refused.
VIP
If you are a regular customer and have bought from us three or more times you qualify as one of our VIP members and receive our meat products at a discounted price! Please contact us via email if you have ordered online three times or more for us to set up your VIP account.
Bulk purchases of $200 or more also qualify.
You will be notified via email that your account has been updated to VIP and you can then order online and receive discounts.
South African Products
Jim’s Jerky stocks a large variety of South African products and a full list can be emailed to you upon request. Please note that free freight of over $100 is not valid on these products.
Sending this stock in the post can be risky as parcels are not always treated with care, please note if products are damaged in transit it is at the buyer’s own risk.
Wholesalers and Distributors

Four of our fantastic Jerky flavours come in packs of 10 x 30g bags with display options of Hanging Straps and Jim's Jerky Boxes, which are appealing ways to show off your jerky! 
For some customers 30g just isn’t enough so our larger bags in all five of our flavours are available for resale also, in any quantity needed.
Biltong, salami and drywors are other wholesale products and must be kept refrigerated. Due to this fact, butchers within overnight postage range are most suited to these products. Also now avaliable are deli & smoked goods, so please contact the office if you are interested in our new range (what a great way to fix that display..)
As a bonus, we’re happy to call you every month to see if you need an order. It’s an easy way for you to keep your shelves fully stocked.
